Divination Buffs are not Flask Effects, and you cannot have more than one at a time. They do not scale with flask effect or duration modifiers. While various Divination buffs are mostly generically useful, certain buffs can grant effects that may be detrimental or build-disabling in certain circumstances. Players will need to manually re-use the flask to replace the buff or find an alternative solution to overcome the unwanted effect. In particular, this flask should typically be avoided with physical damage builds or chaos damage hit builds not using Void Manipulation Support due to the risk of accidental death to elemental reflect.
