Shared Suffering does not transfer ailments. Rather, while your character is suffering any elemental ailment (or counts as suffering with e.g. Vaal Arctic Armour), hits from you, or from your skills used by proxies, will have a 100% chance to inflict that ailment, and all damage types will contribute to the effect of that ailment. For example, while your character is shocked, physical damage will shock without needing shock chance or a critical strike. This part of the modifier is similar to a Conflux, though conditional on suffering the ailment. For an ailment to be removed from you, you still need to successfully apply the ailment (typically by having sufficiently high damage).[2] Vessel of Vinktar: inflicting shock on yourself by using this flask will immediately remove that shock from you. | ||||
