Shared Suffering does not automatically transfer elemental ailments you are suffering to enemies. Instead, any damage from your hits will cause the ailments you are suffering (or count as suffering with e.g. Vaal Arctic Armour) with 100% chance on hit; for example, while shocked, your physical damage can Shock. This part of the modifier is similar to the (span class="tc -mod")All Damage can Shock/Ignite/Chill(/span) modifiers on the Elementalist passives Shaper of Storms, Shaper of Flames and Shaper of Winter, except that it is conditional to you suffering the ailment and applies to all elemental ailments. You still need to successfully apply the ailment (in particular, have sufficiently high damage to apply the ailment) for it to be removed from you.[2] Leper's Alms can drop anywhere. It can be chanced. | ||||
